Role Overview:

Lead the sales and operational execution for DI SW solutions on 3rd party digital marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace). Report to the Sr Director, Digital GTM, and drive compliance, onboarding, and sales enablement across global teams. This position will interact closely with 3rd party marketplace partners in addition to leaders across DI Software, especially sales, partner management, business segments, IT, finance, marketing, and legal.


Essential Functions:

• Manage the digital sales operation relationships with 3rd party exchanges, including AWS Marketplace and Microsoft Azure Marketplace

• Lead, manage and execute the technical operations necessary to facilitate the sale of DI Software SaaS solutions on 3rd party exchanges

• Align with finance and legal to assure the marketplace setup is compliant with Siemens, tax, legal and financial regulations

• Closely align with, and as a virtual member of the partner management team contribute to the partner management strategy as led by the global partner manager

• Collaborate with DI Software business segments to select and onboard DI Software solutions into 3rd party exchanges as needed to meet digital GTM and SaaS ARR operating plans

• Collaborate with DI Software sales teams to promote and educate sales as to the value of, and processes to execute joint digital selling with AWS, Microsoft, and other 3rd party exchanges


Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to organize and lead cross-functional and global teams which include external 3rd party partners

• Ability to analyze business needs and develop technical requirements as needed to integrate with 3rd party digital sales exchanges

• Ability to develop and manage IT environments as needed to process transactions with 3rd party exchanges, specifically to provision AWS and Azure server infrastructure, upload offers to those exchanges, and be responsible for all digital communications to and from those exchanges

• Ability to understand finance and tax issues in collaboration with Siemens finance, tax and legal

• Ability to participate as a virtual member of DI Software partner management teams

• Ability to evangelize and provide training to DI Software sales teams to facilitate joint digital selling with 3rd party digital exchanges

• Ability to collaborate with DI Software business segments, specifically product management and product marketing, to select and onboard products onto 3rd party digital exchanges

• Excellent analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated experience leading projects as required to meet scope, time and cost objectives

• Ability to lead, and collaborate with and influence others as part of a virtual team


Minimum  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years' experience in a technical sales, technical presales or technical partner management role required
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects as required to meet scope, time and cost objectives.
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires a cross-functional understanding of the business
  • Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for process, technology and people
  • Experience working in a 3rd party marketplace company or have worked to set-up or manage AWS, Microsoft or other cloud marketplace.
  • Must currently reside within the United States (This is a firm requirement).

The pay range for this position is $147,500 - $265,600 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
