Baseline Requirements: 

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student or Master’s student  
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA 
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company 
  • Able to work in a remote setting  
  • Required Graduation: May 2027 or May 2028

What You'll Do: 

  • Decode Trends: Research industrial mega trends and customer pain points to uncover critical insights. 
  • Quantify Impact: Build compelling business cases for digital initiatives, showing value in financials, operations, and employee satisfaction. 
  • Strategize & Design: Identify key areas for digital intervention (think AI, IoT, digital twins!) and contribute to early-stage solution concepts. 
  • Communicate Vision: Craft powerful presentations to share your findings and strategies with key stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate: Work alongside experts across sales, product, and consulting teams. 

 

Who We're Looking For: 

  • Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related tech field. MBA would be a plus.  
  • Analytical Powerhouse: You love data, solving complex problems, and finding the "why" behind the numbers. 
  • Digital Enthusiast: Passionate about industrial technology, digital transformation, and its real-world application. 
  • Data Tools Pro: Comfortable with analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau; Python/R is a huge plus!). 
  • Clear Communicator: Can articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively. 
  • Proactive & Collaborative: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic team environment

The hourly range for this position is $34.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave and paid volunteer time off.

You’ll Benefit From
The hourly pay range for this position is 34-50 per hour for first time Interns or 34-50 per hour for returning Interns. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
