Then come and join our global team as Commercial Scale Out Manager – Clinical Applications Offering (f/m/d), to further develop, operationally manage, and drive the success of our commercial portfolio concepts for digital clinical diagnostic solutions.
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Our portfolio comprises more than 100 clinical and digital applications – ranging from highly interactive solutions to fully automated, AI-based applications. These cover all relevant clinical disciplines and are marketed through various offering structures and business models.
As Commercial Scale Out Manager, you will shape the further development of our offering structures and business models for clinical applications. Your goal: scale the business to achieve growth above the market average. In doing so, you will work closely with internal business lines, functions, and external customers.
- You further develop existing business models (e.g., Syngo Carbon Flexinity) and drive the creation of new models (e.g., AI Orchestration).
- You define clinical content and service offerings and translate them into operational structures for efficient implementation.
- You ensure acceptance among customers and sales partners, considering this as a key guiding principle for your actions.
- You lead a cross-functional board that prepares, steers, and approves content-related decisions and oversees their implementation.
- You continuously analyze business performance and take measures to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining portfolio competitiveness.
- You develop measurable KPIs to evaluate and sustainably advance the offering structures.
- You support the integration of external suppliers into the overall portfolio and coordinate the operational steps required for implementation.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a degree in a technical field, ideally related to healthcare.
- You have long-term experience in a digital environment within a global matrix organization and possess a deep understanding of software development and digitalization in enterprises, preferably in healthcare.
- You bring comprehensive expertise in the development and success factors of digital platforms, along with profound experience in digital and modality-related business.
- Ideally, you have experience in selling digital solutions, understand customer requirements, and are eager to proactively shape change through new offering structures.
- Alternatively, you have solid experience in developing digital applications and/or product and portfolio management in the context of radiology reporting solutions.
- You are highly IT-savvy, familiar with current solutions for radiology reporting management (RIS/PACS, clinical applications), and maintain a keen eye on market dynamics regarding value creation and offering structures.

- You have a business-oriented mindset and are comfortable combining clinical knowledge with entrepreneurial thinking.
- You can successfully lead hybrid, cross-functional, and cross-business teams within complex organizations to develop solutions.

- You demonstrate passion in everything you do and enjoy working across functions and business areas.
- You have business-fluent English skills and confidently navigate various hierarchical levels within a matrix organization.
