Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the area of Communication.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support us in organizing monthly events at the Innovation Center Erlangen, as well as online, that foster collaboration and drive innovation
  • You will help create and manage content to promote the events, including invitations and post-event posts
  • You will help evaluate event attendance and attendee feedback using analytics tools
  • Contribute to strengthening our social media communication by developing strategies, creating content, and engaging our community is also one of your support tasks
  • You will support the development of our monthly newsletter and design visual elements for events

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are studying business administration, communication, marketing, social media or a comparable degree programme and already in the 3rd Bachelor's semester
  • You are available for three semester
  • You possess experience and/or openness in modern engagement tools such as Viva Engage, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office365 (Power Apps, Flow, etc.)
  • You have already gained experience in social media communication, including the creation of highly dynamic content (using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Apple Movie, or video editing software)


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • You have a structured and detail-orientated approach to project management
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy networking, and like approaching new people
  • You have a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, and are willing to take on tasks and overcome new tasks independently
  • You tackle problems with energy, motivation and a creative approach
