You’ll make a difference by:

  • Drive Fire Suppression Sales: Lead sales efforts for fire Suppression systems in greenfield and brownfield projects through our Partner Channel. Engage contractors and consultants to deliver local code-compliant, innovative fire protection solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maximize Fire Suppression Market Potential: Identify high-potential segments (e.g., data centers, buildings, industrial) and position Siemens as a trusted provider of innovative fire safety solutions. 
  • Deliver Sales & Profit Growth: Achieve business targets through strategic, value-based selling of fire suppression systems—focusing on high-margin, compliant, and future-ready offerings.
  • Build Trusted Client Relationships: Establish long-term relationships by delivering reliable solutions and acting as a consultative advisor on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Support for Successful Project Delivery : Work with partners to ensure seamless project delivery of fire suppression solutions to end-customers.
  • Drive Digital Fire Safety Innovation: Advocate for smart fire safety technologies—remote diagnostics, IoT-enabled systems and supporting fire safety compliance with international and local standard, and sustainability goals.

Your Defining Qualities:

  • Fire Suppression Sales Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in fire suppression solution sales, with strong knowledge of suppression systems and relevant codes.
  • Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive understanding of fire protection technologies and industry regulations.
  • Strategic & Agile: Proven ability to align fire safety solutions with client goals, adapting to changing regulations and market needs.
  • Effective Communicator: Skilled at translating technical fire safety offerings into clear value for stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Collaborative & Accountable: Self-driven team player who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments focused on customer success and safety.
