How you will make an impact

As Project Manager (f/m/d), you will work on P&O's top strategic priorities alongside responsible P&O professionals and business colleagues.

In particular, you will…
  • Be responsible for setting up, structuring, and steering the execution of high-visibility, end-to-end P&O projects on an international scale
  • Orchestrate the ecosystem by interacting with collaborators and executive-level partners incl. the global P&O Leadership Team 
  • Join forces with our global P&O business partners and P&O country heads to implement strategic projects generating impact and drive positive change
  • Be a change agent, connect the dots, think end-to-end, challenge, hypothesize, test & build innovative solutions ensuring effective implementation from the beginning
  • Leverage data to design all efforts for maximum user impact, striving to make valuable contributions to Siemens holistically
  • Be an encouraging leader demonstrating your strategic and people skills by leading project teams, coaching team members and enabling colleagues with your expertise
  • Contribute to shaping our team, organized in Squads and Chapters. e.g. Operational Excellence, Finance, Communications
  • Moreover, you offer a fresh perspective by introducing new ways of working, e.g., agile-inspired approaches
Your success is grounded in
  • Education: 
    • Excellent academic background (Bachelor/ Master’s Degree/MBA) or equivalent
  • Experience & Skills
    • Long term professional experience in top-tier management-/ strategy-/ transformation consulting companies – with a focus on P&O / HR topics 
    • Have already successfully set up and led consulting projects as a project manager on a multinational scale, including Project Management Office
    • Experience with best-in class methodologies to ensure milestone execution and consistent tracking
    • In addition, you have a sound and broad P&O / HR domain know-how, e.g. acquired in a HR Business Partner or HR CoE / Expert role (i.e., learning, talent management, organizational excellence, mergers & acquisitions, skill management, HR tool landscape / digitalization, change concepts) – we know, nobody has it all :-)
    • Possess outstanding analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. You leverage the dynamics of a large organization and use thoughtful influencing to effectuate change
  • Ways of working
    • You are a fast learner, eager to understand in depth and apply the relevant concepts and tools, committed to holistic optimization
    • You have an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude, love to use AI in daily work and are excited to shape this team
  • Language skills: 
    • Proficiency in English
