Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Orlando, FL is $115,627 - $120,900 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties:  Optimization of processes with automation, digital solutions or redesign within the portfolio services provided by Purchase to Pay; Drives innovation and evaluates new tools/application in alignment with the GBS strategy (RPA, Data Analytics, AI,etc.) to achieve efficiency targets; Identify requirements needed for process reengineering and work with the customer and GBS P2P to implement changes, whether digital or operation driven; Execute digitalization projects coordinating within GBS and with customers through relationship management and customer satisfaction and manages the pipeline of projects; Participates in exploration of new ideas and concepts, gather best practices, and make recommendations to management and the Global Process Community on GBS processes. In-person visits, including travel, to customer locations to discuss and facilitate improvements and digitalization to Purchasing processes.

20% domestic travel required. [Onsite role.]

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Business Excellence Consultant-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1. Process design and digital solution implementations.
2. Supply Chain Management processes.
3. Working with SAP on MM and FICO modules.
4. Robotics using the Blue Prism software.
5. Data analytics solutions - Tableau, PowerBI, Mendix, Pulse and Qlicksense.
6. Process mining and process consulting.
