We are looking for a Software QA Engineer with a strong foundation in CAE / FEA and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products. In this role, you will work closely with R&D and engineering teams, contribute to test automation and validation strategies, and help deliver reliable, customer-ready solutions across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute test strategies and test cases for software and simulation workflows to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Develop and maintain test programs based on R&D-released verification diagnostics and requirements.
  • Perform functional and system-level testing, including root-cause analysis of software and emulation failures.
  • Collaborate with product design and development teams to improve HW/SW solutions based on test outcomes.
  • Ensure overall functional quality of released products across supported platforms and environments.
  • Take ownership of complex testing activities, with the ability to act as a technical lead when required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional CAE/FEA experience, including hands-on use of HyperMesh or similar FE pre-processors.
  • Experience with FEA solvers such as LS-DYNA, Radioss, HyperWorks, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of finite element theory and numerical methods.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, with exposure to scripting or programming.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
