Job Description

Managing various sales activities of Numerical relays, MV Primary/ secondary distribution system & retrofit business in Utilities & Industries in accordance with the business plan.
Timely preparation & submission of bids proposals for all enquiries from PBs, Utility/Industry/EPC/Channel.
Sales of MV & Energy Automation Products thru channel partners, system houses, Panel builders & direct also to End customers.
Plan for customer visits, maintaining interaction with all customer segments, carrying out spec-in activity in the region.
Identifying new customers for conversion to SIEMENS for business & maximizing the market share. Candidate should be prepared to travel extensively.
Identifying new channels, appointment & development. Supporting them for promotion of business. 
Interaction with Siemens HQ in Germany & local execution team for timely execution of order during pre/post sales activity.
Competitor product analysis and preparing comparative charts & price strategy.
Preparing & implementing action plan for achieving sales target.
Yearly & Monthly forecasting for regional MV & Automation product business.
Sales promotion & presentation to customers.

Note: This job requires 50% travel.

Qualification & Experience:
B.E./ B. Tech. Electrical with proven record and good knowledge in Numerical relays & MV Breaker Panels, Ring Main Units. Minimum experience of 3+ years selling MV Distribution & Energy Automation Products .
