We are seeking a Part-time Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Smart Infrastruture Buildings unit at the Kartal/İstanbul campus, serving OEM customers in the heating and combustion sector across Türkiye.

The ideal candidate will support the commissioning of boilers, burners, and other related products within our portfolio. While this position is primarily based in Kartal, occasional changes in location may occur depending on customer activities. Field and factory visits are also expected as part of the role.

What part will you play?

  • Respond proactively to customer requests and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide prompt communication and deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare clear documentation and presentation materials to demonstrate processes and solutions.
  • Assist in training customers based on support requests and product knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and well-documented business delivery.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Currently a 3rd-year undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering (Heat & Process specialization is a plus).
  • Available to work 2.5–3 days per week.
  • Strong command of English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of HVAC products is an advantage.
  • Motivation to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
  • Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Strong willingness to learn and help others grow.
