Your Role 
Team Leader – Quality Management

• Establish, implement and improve company quality standards through 
  Procedures, Work instructions, Process sheets, Quality plans, Control 
  Plans, Control cards , check lists, testing requirements etc in line 
  with Siemens global standard & ISO 9001 requirements.
  
• Regularly monitor incoming inspection process, review and check  
  effectiveness of the methods followed and devise improvements.
                                                                                                                                                                                     
• Establish, monitor & check results of In-process & Final quality gates, 
  review of SOP’s , work instructions, initiate corrective actions 
  wherever required in order to continually improve the product quality.

• Ensure all domestic and overseas customer product requirements and  
  implicit expectations are taken care during In-process and Final quality 
  gate in order to fulfill Customer requirements.

• Drive Customer complaint process through timely communication to 
  respective Process owners and there by receiving 8D/ CAPA for critical 
  issues for non-recurrence of complaints in future.

• Manage Customer escalations and convince the Customers about the Quality 
  Principles.

• Monitor NCC and ensure timely closure.

• Analyze NCC’s and plan for Training, motivating, coaching, and 
  correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.

• Foster a culture of Quality through various initiatives such as Quality 
  Circles, Cross Functional Projects, etc.

• Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.

• Formulate strategies to increase productivity.

• Assist in the recruiting process.

Quality Assurance Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 14 to 18  
  years’ experience in Quality Management, Incoming inspection, Supplier 
  quality assurance.

• Significant part of your experience in industries like MV / HV  
  Switchgear or other industries like Automotive / Manufacturing.

• Strong experience in ISO Standards. Has acted as a Management 
  Representative. 
• Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong team player with proven ability to build and nurture high 
  performing teams.
• Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics
• Eye for detail.
