You’ll make an impact by:

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Own the complete product lifecycle roadmap for residential circuit protection products, including surge protective devices (SPD), thermal magnetic circuit breakers, GFCI devices, AFCI breakers, and load centers. Drive innovation that meets evolving residential electrical code requirements (NEC) and market demands.

  • Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage pricing structures for residential products, conduct comprehensive financial planning, and make data-driven decisions impacting multi-million-dollar profit targets.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Serve as a primary technical point of contact for key distributor partners and large residential contractors. Proactively identify evolving residential market needs, translate NEC code changes into actionable product requirements, and engage with the residential sales channel to optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Code and Regulatory Expertise: Monitor and interpret National Electrical Code (NEC) changes and their impact on residential circuit protection requirements. Translate regulatory updates into product development opportunities and position products effectively for code-driven market shifts.
