Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, adaptable, and responsible environments. Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives. Transform the everyday with us!

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead our commercial Fire Alarm & Life Safety Sales across both solutions and services - a role that combines the innovation and reach of a global technology company with the personalized service and team spirit of a local partner. You'll drive sales in two complementary areas: new construction projects and system installations, plus ongoing service contracts including maintenance, testing, inspection, and support for existing customers. Working with commercial facilities such as hospitals, universities, and industrial buildings, you'll independently manage sophisticated sales cycles, develop strategic relationships across the construction and facilities management ecosystem, and serve as an ambassador for Siemens' complete portfolio of fire and life safety solutions and services. Our culture blends worldwide expertise with a collaborative, supportive approach at the branch level. If you're looking to represent a respected technology leader while building meaningful, long-term customer relationships, this opportunity is for you.

As a Service & Solutions Senior Sales Executive, you will:

  • Meet Revenue Targets in Solutions & Services – Achieve assigned booking and profit goals across both new construction project sales and recurring service business; develop and manage a qualified opportunity funnel in both channels, forecast accurately, and identify new business opportunities in strategic verticals and adjacent markets
  • Cultivate Strategic Relationships – Build and maintain partnerships with contractors, consultants, developers, authorities having jurisdiction, building owners, and facility managers; act as a trusted advisor who understands customer challenges and recommends both project solutions and ongoing service programs that ensure optimal building performance and safety throughout the system lifecycle
  • Represent Siemens Professionally – Attend industry networking events and participate in professional organizations (NFPA, NFSA, ASHE, NBFAA, IFMA, 7x24, etc.); position Siemens as an industry leader through our world-class digital service delivery, technology innovation, and comprehensive service capabilities in both solutions and service markets
  • Execute Complex Sales – Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, operations, finance, and legal to develop competitive proposals for project installations and service agreements; establish value-based pricing for both offerings and close sophisticated deals independently within company guidelines
  • Maintain Customer-Centric Focus – Dedicate 50%+ of time to in-person, on-site customer engagement; balance supporting existing service customers with proactively hunting new project opportunities and converting project wins into long-term service partnerships across your territory
  • Develop Market Expertise – Stay current on automation, electrical, fire, mechanical, and IoT trends in both solutions and service sectors; understand the competitive landscape, decision influencers, and market dynamics across your region's segments and verticals for new construction and ongoing service opportunities

You will make an impact with these qualifications:
