You’ll make a difference by:

• You act as the central interface between customers, partners, and suppliers – both nationally and internationally. You independently prepare quotations and manage service orders from inquiry to implementation
• With your proven experience in quotation and project work, you analyze customer specifications and contracts and implement them reliably. A PM SIEMENS certification is advantageous.
• In close collaboration with Engineering, you develop quotations in accordance with Siemens guidelines, check delivery capabilities, and actively give suggestions for process and quotation strategy optimization.
• You independently handle customer orders and ensure smooth execution and high delivery reliability – in close coordination with all involved parties.
• During project planning and in case of disruptions, you coordinate with Technical Support. Quick responses, solution-oriented actions, and proactive customer communication are second nature to you.
• You are responsible for demand planning and manage suppliers in the areas of procurement, logistics, and partner management
• You take care of the procurement of materials and services and organize shipping in compliance with all export regulations.
• Additionally, you handle NCR and claim management to optimize project costs.

• Experience: At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• You have a technical degree or equivalent experience, a technical qualification with additional certification, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in quotation preparation, logistics, and project execution – ideally complemented by knowledge in the service business.
• You are enthusiastic about developing quotations and processes and want to actively contribute to crafting our business area.
• You are familiar with SAP and MS Office; initial experience in contract law rounds off your profile.
• With your excellent German and English skills, you navigate confidently in an international environment.
