We are looking for: SolMan Integration Expert

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• Leading and crafting the SAP ALM strategy using SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) in combination with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Crafting and driving the transformation roadmap from Solution Manager to SAP CALM, including process standardization across the software lifecycle.
• Working on innovative SAP technologies such as BTP, SAP CALM, Signavio, LeanIX, SAP UI5, Agile/SAFe ways of working, and GenAI, while also supporting classic SAP technologies like ABAP, ChaRM, Focused Build, SolDoc, TMS, and cCTS.
• Acting as a Technical Architect and Project Lead, mentoring technical teams, and advising handled SAP services on transport management, change control, and release management.
• Driving process optimization, automation, and innovation, including trend scouting and continuous improvement in a global SAP landscape.
• Working in international, agile teams, collaborating closely with internal participants, external partners, and service providers.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• 10+  years of experience as a senior consultant or developer in SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Good experience in SAP solution architecture, with a solid background in ABAP development.
• Hands-on experience leading Solution Manager implementations, IT process transformations, and standardization initiatives.
• Good understanding of ITIL and IT4IT frameworks, with practical experience in recent projects.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, handle budgets and resources, and work with external consultants.
• Experience working in large-scale, international agile projects, ideally using the SAFe methodology.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated technical topics in a clear and simple way.
