Identify opportunities for process improvements, incorporating lessons learned from past projects and staying informed about emerging cybersecurity trendsThis is how you'll win us over
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related fields, combined with proven experience of driving cybersecurity initiatives across IT/OT environments while collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.
- Long-term years of practical experience in project management, preferably within cybersecurity.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools as well as internal cybersecurity frameworks and processes.
- Demonstrated experience to automate manual workflows through scripting.
- Excellent ownership, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving goals.
- Collaboration: Strong team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Innovation: Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
