Siemens Energy India Ltd, Gas Services are looking for highly self-driven Contract management professionals for implementation of complex projects of gas turbines, Steam Turbine and Generators involving package upgrades, LTP. We need Contract management professional who bring skills, creativity, and dedication to the table and help us in bringing value in project execution. He/she must be agile and hardworking. A Contract Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle (drafting, negotiating, executing, managing) to minimize risk, ensure compliance with laws/policies, and maximize value for the company, working with internal teams and external partners (vendors, clients) to manage obligations, deadlines, and disputes. Key duties include drafting contractual letters, reviewing, analyzing risks, ensuring adherence to terms, and maintaining organized contract records from Tendering stage to handover /completion of project. Legal understanding & risk analysis, Strong negotiation & communication, Exceptional attention to detail & organization, and Time management & leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Implement contract management in brown field projects of large gas turbine, Steam Turbine,
    LTP contract in private and government sector.
  • Overhauling of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Generator.
  • Reviews and studies of the scope of works described by the contract document, project specifications, contract drawings and BOQ.
  • Analyzing contractual obligations, Technical & Commercial specifications, Identify and analysis business risk for the project and company, develop mitigation measures and its implementation to increase project profitability.
  • Provide senior management periodic status reports.
  • Coordination & Interaction with Customers / Vendors and other concerned authorities, Site & Factory visits and ensuring all MOM, agreement are made within contractual obligations.
  • Maintain continuously the client relationship by regular customer contacts and meetings in order to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Always adheres to compliance & Business Conduct Guideline.
  • Self-driven and proactive for upcoming challenges

Qualification and Experience

  • Experience in handling contracts involving multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-regional, diverse groups of project team members and stake holders as well as understanding topics related to taxation, cross-border staffing, risk management, contract and claim management very well
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills and negotiation skills for effective handling of Risk and Opportunity as well as Claim Management leading to overall project success and customer satisfaction.

·       Excellent verbal, written, and people skills and excellent commercial understanding of contracts

  • Willing to locate anywhere in India
