We are seeking a dynamic Global Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing organization. In this strategic role, you’ll shape how our products are competitively positioned and define how they successfully go to market.

You will lead the development of go-to-market strategies, craft compelling value propositions, and create foundational product assets across the customer journey that drive demand, enable sales, and clearly communicate product capabilities and roadmaps. As a key partner to Product Management, Sales, Customer Success and our broader Marketing teams, you’ll influence how we tell our story, ensuring our offerings stand out and deliver measurable business impact.

In this position you will work remotely from a home office.

What you will be working on:

  • Define and execute product go-to-market strategies and develop clear, differentiated value propositions aligned to customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive research, customer intelligence, and persona research to inform positioning and strategy.
  • Create and maintain core set of internal and external product assets including websites, flyers, presentations, sales plays, customer success stories, etc.
  • Track KPIs to measure product marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies based on KPIs and feedback.
  • Translate product roadmaps into clear, customer-facing narratives and strategic marketing plans
  • Conceptualize and partner across functions to execute communication measures to customers, like retention, upsell/cross-sell and demand generation campaigns, in close cooperation with global and regional marketing teams.
  • Act as a consultant to product management teams and sales employees on go-to-market strategies, tactics, content, and messaging.
  • Partner closely with product management, sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and enablement. 

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in global B2B software or energy technology. 
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and product positioning.
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal
  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat. 
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the electrical power industry or grid software domain
  • Familiarity with global product marketing go-to-market approaches & best practices
  • Proven experience collaborating across functions, like product management and sales.
  • Experience in developing compelling internal & external product content
  • Experience in customer communications and retention campaigns for product releases and new modules

The pay range for this position is $67,544 - $115,790 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
