The Chief of Staff (COS) team, inside Project Structured Americas-Debt (PS-AM), located in Iselin, NJ, is looking for a Financial Data Analyst. This team provides critical support to the C-Suite and business segment heads.
The Financial Data Analyst will analyze and interpret financial data to help businesses make informed decisions. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across data analytics and the ability to present findings. The analyst will identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making processes to improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of financial services, products, and markets, can work with large data sets, and effectively translates complex data into clear recommendations.
We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst. This is a hybrid position located in Iselin, New Jersey, New York City, New York, or Norwalk, Connecticut.
You will make an impact by:
- Analytics: Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; support data-driven decision-making.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- AI & Digitalization: Explore and recommend AI and digital transformation tools to improve efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and innovation. Work with stakeholders to tackle process challenges.
- Business presentation: Support and develop pitch decks and collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes supporting our data and AI initiatives.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ experience in Finance, Data/Computer Science, Marketing, or related.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and AI applications.
- 2-3 years of experience using advanced software solutions, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Tableau, Knime, Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Co-Pilot, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, etc.), SQL, or Data Cloud technologies is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding and interest in working with Artificial Intelligence technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focus on impact, not just output.
- Ability to challenge oneself to learn new systems, software, and online tools as they arise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to share insights proactively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.

- The pay range for this position is $82,538-$141,494, and the annual incentive target will be 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $82,538 - $141,494 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
