As a Sales Contract Administrator, you will:

  • Review contracts, purchase orders, proposals, and other commitment documents to identify risks.
  • Manage opportunity workflow after booking using contract management software.
  • Create contract addenda to address legal or business risks and communicate the reasons to the business owner.
  • Interface with legal, sales, and management to resolve contract review actions.
  • Receive and distribute contracts between internal stakeholders and customers for signatures. Follow up with customers on contract review status. 
  • Use Adobe Sign to gather internal signatures.
  • Process fully executed contracts in contract management software. 
  • Register addenda in the addendum registry.
  • Refer contract disputes to business owners and contract managers.
  • Work with contract manager to determine contract terms and conditions that must be changed through addendum or otherwise negotiated.
  • Distribute monthly contract review status reports to management.
  • Manage Master Agreement workflow.
  • Manage Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) workflow and document retention. 
  • Ensure the appropriate delegation of authority process is completed and recorded.
  • Complete Consequential Damages Waivers (CDWs).
  • Provide training, coaching, support and guidance to Sales Executives and Sales Support team on tools, data quality, account management, etc.
  • Work with customers to obtain US Government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clauses for legal review. 
  • Request and process performance bonds.
  • Request Certificates of Insurance from the Marsh system and distributes to the customers when received.
  • With input from project teams, enroll customers in Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIPs) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIPs) and provide related reporting.
 

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED
  • 3+ years of sales support or contract support experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with spreadsheets, report generation, presentations, and general correspondence
  • Demonstrated, advanced understanding of sales processes and workflows based on applicable work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to customers based on applicable work experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of reviewing complex contract terms and conditions to identify risks and concerns based on applicable work experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of sales support or contract support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data based on applicable work experience

The pay range for this position is $52,836 - $90,576 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
