What will you do?

• Providing full document control support for specific projects – including document control, database management, trackers, and handling complex technical correspondence
• Offering technical support on document control processes to ensure system integrity and efficiency
• Quality control of document issuing – review and reject documents that do not comply with regulations, processes, or procedures
• Managing non-standard, complex documents and ensure proper handling within project requirements
• Acting as a point of contact for clients and contractors regarding document enquiries and resolution of ad hoc issues
• Using mandatory external systems (e.g., Aconex/ProjectWise/AssetWise) for issuing and booking documents in line with project contracts

What will you need to succeed?

• Experience of working in a document control or similar environment
• Proficiency in computer-related software (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and document processing
• Customer service focused and experience of dealing with external clients
• Relevant educational experience
• Experience with SAP (desirable)
• Knowledge of rail industry (advantageous)
• Good knowledge of English; French is an advantage
