Position Overview:
The Revenue Development Intern supports the Revenue Development Team by assisting with strategic projects, pilot initiatives, and data-driven analytics. This role provides hands-on exposure to revenue operations, sales strategy, and performance measurement, helping the team optimize processes, evaluate new approaches, and support scalable revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project & Pilot Support
· Assist with planning, executing, and documenting revenue-related projects and pilot programs.
· Support testing of new tools, processes, and go-to-market initiatives.
· Help gather feedback, track outcomes, and summarize pilot results and recommendations.
· Analytics & Insights
· Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis related to revenue performance and pipeline activity.
· Assist in building reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
· Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities within sales and revenue data.
· Revenue Operations Support
· Assist with maintaining data accuracy across CRM and reporting tools.
· Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
· Collaboration & Communication
· Partner with Revenue Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives.
· Support meeting preparation, notes, and follow-ups for project and pilot reviews.
· Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, project progress, and findings.
Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
· Strong interest in revenue operations, sales strategy, analytics, or business transformation.
· Comfort working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools; exposure to BI tools is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Analytical thinker with curiosity for understanding how revenue is generated and scaled.
· Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Collaborative, coachable, and open to feedback.
· Motivated learner eager to gain real-world experience in a global organization.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave and paid volunteer time off.

The hourly pay range for this position is 18-50 per hour for first time Interns or 18-50 per hour for returning Interns. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
