For Siemens Mobility China Rolling Stock in Guangzhou, we are looking for Sales Manager to shape the connected Mobility with us.


What are your responsibilities?

  • Acquisition and sales for rolling stocks, especially the propulsion systems, components and products in South Region of China, for Business Unit Rolling Stocks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with and influences to the relevant stakeholders, e.g., customer, end-user, car builder, authorities, etc.
  • Market intelligence of the rolling stocks, including industry and technology trend development, competitors, etc.
  • Identify targeted opportunities, coordinate and leverage internal competencies from businesses and functions to perform acquisition.
  • Define comprehensive sales strategy and action plan for the targeted opportunities and implement them.
  • Coordinate the bidding and negotiation until the order is booked. 

What do you need to qualify for this job?

  • 5 and above years’ experience in railway and mass transit rolling stocks industry.
  • 3 and above years’ experience in business development, acquisition or sales.
  • Good customer relationship and proven sales track record, professional skills in communication and team work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, good English in reading, writing and speaking.
  • Be willing to travel frequently.
