We are looking for a Salesforce Software Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and collaborate with the CRM Team and Product Owners to understand and document solutions for their requirements in the form of User Stories.
• Develop, deploy, and integrate Business Systems and Applications that increase the empowerment of users, knowledge workers, power users, and functional teams, enabling them to execute daily tasks efficiently and effectively with minimal reliance on IT professionals.
• Identify, support, and implement CRM applications and programs across the business to ensure consistent and reliable execution of business processes while improving value for both internal and external customers.
• Continuously improve the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of business systems by optimizing operations, reducing operational costs, and enhancing system benefits while maintaining required functionality.
• Collaborate with CRM Team members, key DI SW business stakeholders, infrastructure teams (as needed), and external CRM vendors and service/solution providers.
• Report directly to the Sr. IT Manager, CRM SFDC, and maintain strong working relationships with relevant technical and business partners.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with at least a Very Good grade.
• Experience in Salesforce Development.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment using Sprints to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Experience with DevOps and Automated Testing tools (such as GitHub, GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
• Strong understanding and experience with web technologies, relational databases (including SQL), and object-oriented programming, specifically Apex.
• Strong business process improvement skills, including process mapping, problem identification, and application of best practices and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts through abstract models and presentations in a clear and understandable manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative environment that supports business needs.
• Understanding of business data management and modeling.
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills.
