You'll make an impact by

• On July 1, 2026, you will begin your 2-year Master’s program at Steinbeis University while integrating into our team at the Siemens site in Munich Perlach.
• Active Contribution: Participate in projects that provide comprehensive insights into pioneering areas of Digital Transformation, including Data Governance, Data Architecture, Data Quality Management, and Master Data Management.
• Responsibility & Strategy: Take ownership of specific topics and support our team both operationally and strategically in advancing data-driven solutions.
• Consulting & Concept Development: Proactively advise, structure requests, and develop well-founded project proposals aimed at ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
• Project Implementation: Define project execution approaches involving relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility for data-related initiatives.
• Value Communication: Communicate the benefits of our data management solutions through compelling success stories, in close collaboration with technical teams, management, and the global communications team.
• During your studies, you will receive financial support from Siemens AG through a monthly study allowance, and tuition fees and travel costs will also be covered.

• Education: You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a comparable field) by June 2026 and aspire to a career where you can apply your knowledge directly.
• Experience and Skills:
  • Analytical and Technical Expertise: Strong technical and analytical skills to identify trends and develop innovative data solutions for customer challenges.
  • Data Affinity: Solid interest in data management principles and initial knowledge in areas such as Data Modeling, Data Integration, Cloud Data Platforms, and Data Governance.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong abilities in project management, organization, and coordination.
  • Communication and Team Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in multicultural teams, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Persuasive Communication: Advanced writing and communication skills, including storytelling, to convey complex data concepts in a targeted and compelling way.
  • Practical Experience (Preferred): Initial practical experience in a data-related environment, e.g., through working student roles or internships, is an advantage.
• Ways of Working: Proactivity and Adaptability: A proactive work style, quick comprehension, and the ability to work flexibly and effectively in multinational teams.
• Languages: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
