• You will be self-reliant responsible for the analysis, process design and development of market-leading, highly efficient SD solutions in the field of material logistics, working closely with global business partners, demand managers, and cross‑functional implementation teams.

• You ensure global continuity and improvement of our SAP solutions by applying deep expertise in SD and related processes.

• Together with business stakeholders, you will independently shape, analyze, and refine requirements as well as acceptance criteria, ensuring high‑quality implementation results. You will provide expert guidance throughout the entire life cycle of change requests.

• You will manage dependent interfaces and integrations across SAP modules (e.g., MM, WM, PP) and external systems, ensuring stable end‑to‑end process flows.

• You will coordinate with external service providers and development teams, oversee technical implementation activities, and ensure timely and robust delivery.

• In operational projects at module level, you take full responsibility for IT project management—from planning, through implementation and testing, up to hypercare. As a principal Subject Matter Expert, you will also support and drive cross‑module and cross‑organizational initiatives.

• You will be fully responsible for designing future‑proof S/4HANA solutions in your domain, proactively shaping processes together with the business. You continuously identify optimization and harmonization opportunities for existing SAP processes

• You will prepare design specifications, functional documentation, testing protocols, and ensure alignment between business and IT with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.

• You will support knowledge transfer by training users, guiding colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• You will ensure that every implementation and its documentation will follow the latest state of the art.

• As SPOC for the module, you will have responsibility for all ongoing activities and represent the group in all discussions.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, engineering, or comparable—alternatively, you bring extensive long‑term SAP consulting experience with certifications that demonstrate equivalent expertise.

• You have many years of senior‑level professional experience in SAP requirements management, incident & change management, and cross‑module coordination in complex environments.

• You have profound, hands‑on knowledge of SAP SD and additional modules, ideally combined with long-standing experience in master data maintenance.

• You bring practical experience in SAP customizing, debugging, and functional testing, including end‑to‑end documentation and user acceptance coordination.

• You have experience in SAP project management, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight; knowledge of S/4HANA and FIORI applications is an advantage.

• You are familiar with tools and processes such as Solution Manager, SHARP, UC4MS, and have successfully supported 2nd- and 3rd‑level support processes in global organizations.
