Then come and join our global team as Business Partner Management & Marketing Operator (w/m/d) to ensure seamless, compliant and high impact collaboration with our indirect partners by orchestrating strong governance, operational excellence and engaging marketing that empowers our EMEA ultrasound network to grow and perform sustainably.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

Business Partner Governance & Contracting

  • You will provide ongoing support for the execution of the Ultrasound Indirect Governance responsibility.
  • You will holistically support local operational Business Partner Managers throughout all phases of their business activities (e.g., Compliance Checks, contracts, preparation of Partner Target Agreements, etc.).
  • You will ensure our Business Partners do have all the access they need to operate effectively and are fully integrated into our IT tools.
  • You will actively support the execution of a Partner Management Operating Framework (throughout the full life cycle of a business partner from onboarding to offboarding).
  • You will ensure the ongoing contractual maintenance of the Ultrasound Partner Contracts (incl. Compliance Due Dilligence).
  • You will prepare the required data and documents for regular Partner Performance Review Meetings.
  • You will actively support the implementation of a Partner Manager community and network.

Marketing

  • You will support the organization of Business Partner Meetings and indirect partner educational events all over the EMEA region.
  • You will prepare and maintain continuous communication with our indirect channel partners (e.g., newsletters).
  • You will support internal stakeholders and colleagues in planning and executing exhibitions and ensure that strategic events run smoothly.
  • You will support the team responsible for defining the Marcom strategy.
  • You will actively contribute ideas and content.
  • You will support the team in creating marketing assets.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Management, or a comparable field.
  • You have gained initial experience within medium to large international organizations – e.g. through internships or working student positions – and are comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • You bring first exposure to marketing-related tasks; experience in indirect channel sales is considered a strong plus.
  • You feel confident navigating modern digital environments and ideally you have first hands-on experience with digital communication tools and channels.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, Teams, etc.) and use them effectively to support operational and strategic tasks.
