Position Overview:

The Learning Coordinator and Trainer designs and delivers engaging learning experiences while managing aspects of the LMS, including course setup, reporting, and data integrity. This position plays a key role in supporting employee development and ensuring smooth operation of all training programs.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop and facilitate engaging instructor led, virtual, and blended training sessions for employees.
• Create clear, meaningful learning materials, including presentations, job aids, eLearning content, and assessments.
• Adapt training methods and materials to meet varying learner needs and job requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance indicators; propose improvements as needed.
• Serve as administrator for the Learning Management System.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, communication, enrollment, materials, and room/technology setup.
• Track and manage learning programs, onboarding plans, and compliance training cycles.
• Support external training vendors, including onboarding, scheduling, and monitoring deliverables.

To thrive in this role, you have:

• 5+ years experience in training delivery, facilitation, or adult learning, preferably in an industrial environment
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, manage, and report on learning data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The base salary range for this position in Lexington, NC is $91,086 - $107,100. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
