The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. 

We are looking for Fabrication Coordinators to join our team! This position will be based at our Roebuck, SC manufacturing plant.

As a Fabrication Coordinator, you will oversee workflow in the Hi-Pot/Bar wrap area to ensure bars from plating are properly grouped for the next operation. You’ll verify accurate labeling, perform quality spot checks, maintain 5S standards, and manage rework processes for any nonconforming bar packs.

Shift Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Hourly Rate:  $27.80 plus $1.25 Shift differential

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

 Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing
• Experience in fabrication-area operations, including coordinating material flow, monitoring production processes, and accurately performing required SAP transactions to support scheduling and workflow execution.
• In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Ability to complete a 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, lift weights up to 40 lbs., sustain kneeling & standing for up to 30 minutes and preform push & pull tasks with a least 87 lb. force.
• Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs., and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization

You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring the production schedule is followed and coordinating material flow and employees to meet work requirements, covering positions as needed.
• Collaborating with materials and other production areas to receive the correct mix of material based on the schedule and reporting shortages to prevent production stops.
• Performing SAP transactions throughout the production process and accessing necessary documents (Quality, Safety, Operating Instructions) via computer.
• Applying Lean principles such as 5S and 7 Wastes and actively participating in CIP teams/projects.
• Assisting with cleaning equipment and work areas to maintain proper function and safe conditions.
• Performing other tasks as directed by supervision.
