You’ll make a difference by:

  • We are seeking an Instructional Designer with a strong background in SAP MM and SD, and proficiency in SAP Enable Now and WalkMe for creating high-quality e-learning courses. The candidate must have strong attention to detail, takes ownership of tasks and deliverables, and applies instructional and didactical approach to designing impactful and engaging learning experiences for end user.
  • You will collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project global teams to design, develop, and deliver digital solutions that drive performance, adoption, and learner engagement.
  • SAP Training material creation and Support:
    • Develop comprehensive SAP training materials tailored to meet the needs of end-users, utilizing the SAP Enable Now/WalkMe authoring tools.
  • Process Integration:
    • Leverage SAP MM/SD background to integrate process knowledge seamlessly into SAP training materials and courses.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical processes and training materials.
  • Instructional Design and E-learning:
    • Design engaging and effective instructional content and e-learning courses using SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Articulate Storyline and Vyond.
    • Create dynamic and interactive learning experiences that enhance user engagement and comprehension.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with onshore customers to understand their learning needs and tailor training solutions accordingly.
    • Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field would be preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing learning for ERP or system implementation projects (process-based learning, simulations, user manuals, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning) and adult learning principles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP MM/SD modules (S/4 HANA preferred).
  • Proven experience of minimum 3-6 years in instructional design and e-learning course development, with experience in SAP Enable Now and WalkMe.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with global customers effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond will be an added advantage.
