Job Title:                      Software Engineer [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]

Job Type:                      Full Time

Rate of Pay:        The salary range for this position in Wilsonville, OR is $105,100.00 - $189,200.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).

Duties:    Develop Coud and SaaS solutions to support Siemens Capital product suite. This includes improvements to the base Capital products to support cloud environment, modernizing the Java thick-client based front- and back-end of on-premises solution to be cloud-native while being able to run on-premises and maximizing reuse of existing code. Ensure the backend provides required availability, reliability, scalability, performance, security, compliance, disaster recovery, telemetry, A/B testing and upgrade/rollback. Support deployment of Capital in a cloud environment to automate and provide functionality to cloud Capital solutions.

Requirements:  Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in an Software Engineer-related occupation.

Position required experience in the following:

1. Working with Java 8 or newer Java framework.
2. Cloud deployment tools and frameworks.
3. AWS tools and infrastructure.
4. CI/CD architecture and best practices.
5. Relational database experience, such as MySQL or Postgres.
6. Working with C++.
7. Object Oriented Programming and SOLID engineering principles.
8. Managing applications in Linux environment.
9. Working with Electrical CAD tools and electrical engineering concepts.

Telecommuting and/or working from home permissible pursuant to company policy. [Hybrid role]
