The Role
- Supporting Partner Management Team with implementation of IT tools
- Testing, evaluating and improving Partner tool landscape
- Taking ownership of smaller assigned projects and driving them forward with guidance from the team
- Creation of presentations and documentation
- Evaluating statistical data and information
- Supporting the organization of workshops and events
- Coordinating project meetings
Your Profile
- Enrolled at a Swiss University or University of Applied Sciences in the fields of Business informatics, computer science, business administration, economics, innovation, or a technology-related field
- You are at least in your 2nd semester of your bachelor's studies or a recent bachelor's graduate, with the intention and plan to enrol in a master’s degree as your next step
- Ability to understand complex IT processes and their impact on business
- Ability to think from a Partner and Customer perspective
- Preferably gained initial professional experience in a corporate environment or a similar field (e.g., internship or working student role)
- Project management skills and proficiency in the main Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and other reporting applications are among your strengths
- Possess a “digital first” mindset
- High motivation, intercultural competence, and an open attitude, as the team is regionally distributed
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- German language good to have
