We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Cypress Developer

You’ll make a difference by:

• 5-8 years of hands-on test automation experience using Cypress Framework
• Advanced-level proficiency in Cypress (13.x+) and TypeScript (5.x+)
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals; comfortable with async/await, promises, and ES6+ syntax
• Basic-level proficiency in SQL for backend validation (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS)
• Proficiency with Git version control; comfortable with branching, merging, and pull request workflows
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitLab CI)
• Frameworks & Methodologies
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices
• Experience building and maintaining page object models and custom Cypress commands
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API testing within test automation
• Knowledge of test data management and fixture strategies
• Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; comfortable debugging complex issues
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and independent; thrives in autonomous, fast-paced environments
• Collaborative mindset; enjoys knowledge sharing and mentoring
• Attention to detail; meticulous approach to test design and documentation
