eMobility Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

The Sales Specialist – eMobility will be responsible for driving business growth within the electric vehicle (EV) charging segment. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored charging solutions for both B2B and B2C customers, fully aligned with Siemens’ sustainability and mobility strategy.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for EV charging infrastructure (public, private, and fleet solutions).
- Identify and prospect new clients (real estate, fleet operators, municipalities, energy partners).
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, ensuring technical and financial feasibility.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years in sales, preferably in energy, mobility, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and solution selling.
- Understanding of EV charging technologies, energy management, and sustainability trends.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and incentives for electric mobility.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability for travel within the region.
Additional Competencies:
- Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Knowledge of renewable energy and smart grid solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
