Your mission will be… 
The ServiceNow Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform within the organization. This role ensures that the platform supports business processes and meets the needs of the users, while also driving efficiency and effectiveness in IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Process Management: Act as Product Owner following an Agile methodology, serving as bridge between business and development teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform to enhance service delivery and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor platform performance and service delivery metrics.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that the ServiceNow platform complies with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone with…
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 3 years of experience managing the ServiceNow platform (eg Service Integrator/Transformation).
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration and Agile development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in English is mandatory minimum C2 and basic German is considered a plus.
