Position Overview:
As a PEP Regional Coordinator for Hub ASP, you will play a key role in driving digital HR transformation through our ServiceNow HRSD platform. This is a senior technical position where you will act as a trusted consultant, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement across regions. ServiceNow HRSD is the backbone of our H2R operations at Siemens, making this role critical for operational excellence.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Serve as a consultative expert, providing solutions and guidance on our instance of ServiceNow HRSD (Employee Center Pro and HR Agent Workspace)
- Lead and engage our Key User Community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Leverage AI capabilities within ServiceNow to automate workflows, enhance predictive analytics, and improve user experience
- Find opportunities to integrate AI-driven insights for proactive issue resolution and smarter decision-making
- Manage and deliver ServiceNow training programs for markets and teams
- Support ServiceNow rollouts, including defining and implementing future processes
- Ensure service quality across incidents, problem, performance, capacity, and escalation management
- Supervise cross-service integration, managing compatibilities and dependencies
- Drive continuous process improvement in collaboration with DevOps and key users
- Partner with Hub operations to maintain high-quality ticket handling
Critical Expectations for High-Speed Operations
- Act as the first point of escalation for ServiceNow HRSD incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact on H2R operations
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify risks before they affect users
- Communicate effectively and promptly with stakeholders during high-pressure situations
- Take ownership of issues and make quick, informed decisions to maintain service stability
Your success is grounded in:
- Candidates with 5+ Years experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with AI concepts and tools, and ability to apply AI-driven solutions within ServiceNow for automation and optimization
- Deep technical expertise in workflow or ERP systems
- Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow, ideally HRSD module
- Demonstrable experience with HR shared services or P&O processes supported by ServiceNow HRSD
- Experience working in agile environments, including Scrum, sprints, user stories, and testing
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes (preferred)
- Understanding of Global Business Services architecture and operations
- Ability to thrive in an international, virtual team environment
- Strong analytical skills to manage complex integrations and dependencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated customer support experience
