You’ll make an impact by:
  • Managing and coordinating training schedules for our shopfloor team.
  • Developing and delivering engaging learning materials and sessions for monthly initiatives.
  • Building a comprehensive training catalog to support learning development team
  • Designing compelling communication posters and materials using tools like Canva, Adobe, etc.
  • Creating multimedia content (photography/video editing) for learning modules and factory communications.
  • Performing data analysis, filtering, and contributing to dashboard development (e.g., Power BI) for operational insights.
  • Developing visually impactful presentations to communicate project outcomes and key information.
Your defining qualities:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Management, Communications, Business Administration,  or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point for data management and analysis.
  • Strong creative skills with design tools like Canva, Adobe. 
  • Interest in photography/video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A keen interest in learning and development, content creation, and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
