BROAD ROLE

Responsible for development, exploitation and maximization of business and profitable growth of Service Sales  for the Smart Infrastructure -Buildings in the Eastern Region regional Siemens organizations in the country. He/she represents Siemens in all service sales / strategic activities and acts as interface between the Customers and Siemens. He/she acts as the advocate for the Customer´s interests and shows a personal long term commitment for the Customer.

He/She have to work with customers in Installed Base and extract Service Agreement Renewals, Warranty conversions, Offering Modernization and Upgrades and expansion projects , Evaluate what all digital and sustainability solutions suits the customer requirement . He / She has to closely work with various other stake holders in Region and Branch who can enable the Service Business for profitable growth. He / She has to develop a team of Sales Managers/ Executives to work with him/ her to achieve these goals for Siemens Limited.

-  Collaborates effectively with the respective Siemens organizations.


-  Coordinates and supports the creation of value based offers, including calculation, terms & conditions and the alignment of the offer with the Customers of the Vertical.


-  Ensures the seamless handover to project execution and delivery. Ensures the conduction of the win-loss analysis.



OPERATIONAL PLANNING & EXECUTION 

-  Owns responsibility for the implementation of the strategy, especially for share-of-wallet and regularly forecasts based on YTD figures.


-  Continuously updates the strategic and operational Verticals / Accounts / Geographies, incl. metrics in Philos-CRM to secure proper reporting to the respective Siemens organizations.


-  Coordinates and moderates operative business.



TEAM MANAGEMENT

-  Builds and leads a team to develop business with for Eastern Region Service from Installed Base , Key Accounts , Acquired Installed Base the Accounts across the defined geographies and meet the common goal: Profitable growth for Siemens.


-  Coordinates and motivates the members of the team



ESCALATION MANAGEMENT

-  Establishes him/herself as the point of contact for issue.


-  Is aware of the developments of the order at each stage and acts as a single point of contact for the customer when necessary


-  Provides early recognition of potential risks with (major) business impact and when necessary bring ups identified risks in time to appropriate Siemens organizations / management.
