We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Electrification & Automation Customer Services team, supporting electrical projects across Australia and New Zealand. The Team You’ll Be Part Of:
You’ll join Siemens Electrification & Automation, where we design and deliver reliable, resilient, and intelligent power systems. Our team provides advanced automation, protection, and control solutions across high-voltage transmission and distribution networks.
The Role:
You will coordinate the delivery of multiple LV and MV electrical projects, including short-duration works and emergency call-outs. You’ll manage resources, equipment, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and deliver multiple electrical projects across ANZ
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Optimise resource, equipment, and contractor utilisation
- Manage contractor performance and stakeholder relationships
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes
About You:
You are organised, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in LV and MV distribution systems
- Electrical Licence or a degree in Engineering or Project Management
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects and resources
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and safety requirements
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required
