We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Electrification & Automation Customer Services team, supporting electrical projects across Australia and New Zealand. The Team You’ll Be Part Of:

You’ll join Siemens Electrification & Automation, where we design and deliver reliable, resilient, and intelligent power systems. Our team provides advanced automation, protection, and control solutions across high-voltage transmission and distribution networks.

The Role:

You will coordinate the delivery of multiple LV and MV electrical projects, including short-duration works and emergency call-outs. You’ll manage resources, equipment, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and deliver multiple electrical projects across ANZ
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Optimise resource, equipment, and contractor utilisation
• Manage contractor performance and stakeholder relationships
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes

About You:

You are organised, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in LV and MV distribution systems
• Electrical Licence or a degree in Engineering or Project Management
• Strong customer service mindset
• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects and resources
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools
• Knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required
