Location: Dubai, UAE (or other Siemens locations within the MEA region)
Role Overview
As Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Siemens Grid Software engages customers across one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-growing energy markets.
You will translate global go-to-market strategies into high-impact regional marketing programs, driving demand, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across the Middle East and Africa. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, offering strong regional ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to influence commercial outcomes on a scale.
This is an ideal role for a B2B technology or energy-sector marketer who thrives in a matrix environment, enjoys working close to the business, and wants to leave a tangible footprint in the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Campaign Leadership
- Localize and execute global marketing campaigns for MEA markets, ensuring cultural relevance, regulatory alignment, and language accuracy.
- Drive end-to-end omni-channel campaigns across awareness, demand generation, and customer retention.
- Adapt messaging to resonate with utilities, transmission operators, and energy stakeholders across diverse MEA markets.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact
- Partner with regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and growth targets.
- Support pipeline acceleration through targeted campaigns, account-based marketing, and regional initiatives.
Events & Customer Engagement
- Lead and support regional events including industry exhibitions, customer forums, executive briefings, and webinars.
- Strengthen customer relationships while generating high-quality leads and market visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global marketing, product management, communications, and regional sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Act as the regional voice, providing market insights and feedback to global stakeholders.
Performance & Optimization
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and investment.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Several years of experience in regional, field, or demand marketing within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record in technology, digital solutions, software, or energy-related industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or French is a strong advantage.
