We are seeking a technically skilled professional to support and lead our AWS and Azure Marketplace transactable offers. In this role, you will ensure our SaaS software solutions are discoverable, purchasable, and technically robust on AWS and Azure Marketplaces, enabling partners and customers to transact with Siemens through modern cloud channels. You will work across global product, IT, services and partner teams to translate Siemens’ commercial strategies into reliable, compliant, and scalable marketplace implementations.
Key responsibilities
1. Configure, test, and deploy AWS and Azure Marketplace offers (SaaS, VM, container) with precision and speed!
2. Maintain and strengthen integrations between marketplaces and internal systems such as Salesforce, Workspan, SAP, licensing/entitlement tools, and billing platforms.
3. Ensure all offers fully meet AWS and Azure technical, security, and policy requirements—no exceptions!
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across offer setup, provisioning, metering, billing, and the entire subscription lifecycle.
5. Translate business needs—pricing, packaging, private offers—into accurate, actionable marketplace configurations.
6. Monitor offer health and performance proactively, taking swift action to address any emerging issues.
7. Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and best practice guides to drive consistency and excellence.
8. Guarantee that all implementations comply with Siemens policies for AWS and Azure tenants, identity management, and data handling.
Required qualifications
AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (or higher-level Azure certification).
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher-level AWS certification).
Experience as a Cloud Administrator, Security Administrator, or similar role.
Solid grasp of Azure RBAC, identity and access management, subscriptions, and tenants.
Demonstrable understanding of AWS IAM, accounts/organizations, and core networking/security concepts.
Experience deploying or operating SaaS/IaaS solutions on public cloud platforms.
Familiarity with cloud marketplace concepts (transactable offers, entitlements, metering, billing, subscription lifecycle).
Strong solve and problem-solving skills across multiple systems.
Clear written and verbal communication with technical and business collaborators.
Preferred qualifications
Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace and/or Microsoft commercial marketplace (Azure Marketplace/AppSource).
Experience with Microsoft Partner Center, Azure CLI, ARM templates, or Bicep.
Experience with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CLI, or Terraform.
Background integrating cloud marketplaces with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and licensing systems.
Experience in a software/ISV or cloud provider environment, ideally in a marketplace, partner, or digital commerce context.
