What you will do:

  • ·       Act as sales team Technical Engineer to support technical clarification, customer product application, or trouble shooting related topic in both promotion phase and execution phase.
  • ·       Bridge and facilitate the communication and collaboration between sales and execution team.
  • ·       Lead technical discussion with HQ and support local team on standardization or optimization in documentation, promotion/training materials and daily operation process.


What we are looking for:

  • ·       Understanding of protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 103, DNP 3.0, OPC, MODBUS and their real-world applications
  • ·       Hands-on site experience in power SCADA projects for utility or industrial fields
  • ·       Willingness to travel across Taiwan to support sales and project sites
  • ·       Ability to deliver product-specific training to sales and project managers after onboarding
  • ·       Knowledge of WinCC and reporting systems
  • ·       Ability to plan and apply SCADA system architectures
  • ·       Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
