Job details:
SI B Procurement – Project Procurement Manager Professional
•Represents Procurement in Project Management Team. 
•Integrates Procurement in the project management process and project teams at an early involvement during sales phase. 
•Establish proper sourcing processes, control Procurement activities in the project and inform all involved within Procurement to deliver optimum impact for the business (Procurement plan, target-costing) relating to budget, availability, timeline and quality. 
•Apply Procurement regulations as per Compliance, organization standards and PM@Siemens.

Detailed Profile 
•Support with correct cost for 3rd party procurement scope while Bid preparation and   contribute to increase the hit rate.
•Identify Particular Procurement risks, opportunities, potential challenges, claims and market forces during the entire project, together with Commodity Management, to avoid potential damage / exploit potential.
•Preparation of Procurement plan BID & Execution.  Analyzes scope of supply and contract agreements, carries out risk analyses and introduces negotiation recommendations.
•Drives Procurement strategies in projects and ensures their implementation of KPI’s like CNI, CTG, E Bidding / Auction & PTE etc

•Support in getting best rates during execution phase
•Include supplier innovations, value engineering and preferred supplier/product portfolios that improve Siemens' cost position.
•Use of various advance negotiation concept to identify right product at correct cost
•Supplier Evaluation, Qualification, development and Management
•Contract Mgmt.: - Ensure that major Procurement risks, changes to original scope of supply and potential claims (towards customers and suppliers) are covered in valid contracts. Ensure that contractual obligations (towards the customer that must be fulfilled by supplier) are covered in a way that mitigates the own risk exposure.
•Be proactive and forward systematically all relevant Procurement information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants and relevant cross-functional partners up to date. Sensitize cross-functional partners for Procurement related practices processes and metrics.
•Sound knowledge of Inco Terms, Taxation and levies applicable
•Good understanding about Import/ Export Transaction
