As a Business Excellence (BE) Professional, you will lead and drive digitalization projects that will afford you the opportunity to work with all corners of the business to deliver innovation and process change that improves efficiency and drive results. You will work within a team of like-minded professionals and functional area SME’s along with IT and development teams to implement strategic projects and initiatives that focus on transforming processes and systems/tools to deliver an industry leading experience for internal and external customers.
You will partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into transformation roadmaps and lead the execution of high priority projects for the business unit. You will educate and gain buy-in from key management stakeholders concerning the adherence and utilization of processes to consistently ensure successful deployments. This individual will demonstrate cases of significant process improvement in prior roles, resulting in saving time and resources for the company.
We are looking for a Business Excellence Professional. This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA but can work remote.
You’ll make an impact by:
The BE Professional is a remote role supporting key processes and initiatives for the US SE Region. We are looking to hire a BE Professional who will support our entire standard and digital SE portfolio. We are interested in a person with an expanded skill set to drive the SE service delivery business in the digital world with an emphasis on productivity improvement through AI implementation. The key roles and responsibilities are listed below:
- Alignment of all US annual financial re-organization efforts (HQ or regional mandated changes in SAP) including coordination of annual GCK re-organization for the US DI SE business.
- Creation of standard processes and materials for SE contract offerings.
- Lead for addressing SAP issues including ongoing development/preparation for the consolidation of Global SAP systems to SherpaX (future SAP landscape- SAP S/4HANA).
- Key support for maintaining install base (Ibase) data quality and visibility to capitalize upon Sales growth opportunities.
- Lead in support of IT requests for US DI SE through engagement with IT Agile teams including project scope definition, user story creation, coordination of testing/approvals and budgetary requirements/IT capacity.
- Lead in the rollout, maintenance and enhancements of global systems/platforms (GSP, SiePortal, iQuote, Service Mall, contract renewals…) for the US SE organization as directed.
- Key support for the improvement to US DI SE Electronic Business (eBiz) and Digital Fit rates.
- Key support in the identification and implementation of AI and automation in SE service delivery processes to improve productivity and drive valuable customer experience.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Direct experience working and supporting SAP modules and processes: CS, SD, FI, CO, MM and SAP Query
- Proficient using MS 365 tool suite
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years’ experience working in an SE organization with project management and process optimization responsibilities
- Experience supporting the following SE organizations: Field Service, Technical Support, Training, Order Management, Repair, and Finance
- Knowledge of IT systems construction and underlying data models
- Advanced experience in process diagraming using MS Visio or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with executive levels of the organization
- Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in engineering, MBA or related field
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
