We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our internal marketing team in a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to develop their skills within a highly respected global brand environment, working across a wide range of marketing and internal communications assets.
The role is primarily an artworker and brand execution position, focused on producing high-quality, on-brand materials across digital and presentation formats. You will work closely with marketers, content owners, and other stakeholders to deliver assets that are accurate, consistent, and aligned with Siemens brand standards.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working within clear brand guidelines while managing multiple requests and deadlines.


Your mission will be…  
  • Create and adapt marketing and internal communications assets in line with Siemens brand guidelines
  • Produce a wide range of materials, including:
  • PowerPoint presentations and slide templates
  • Campaign graphics and visual assets
  • Digital and display ads
  • One-pagers, brochures, and internal documents
  • Apply and follow Siemens brand rules consistently, always using Brandville and approved templates
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to translate briefs into polished, on-brand deliverables
  • Manage your own workload, timelines, and priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and accurately while maintaining brand integrity
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and agreed deadlines
  

We are looking for someone with… 

Required
  • 1–2 years of experience in a junior design, art working, or marketing design role (or strong internship / graduate experience)
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including layout, visual hierarchy, and template use
  • High attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work to clear guidelines and processes
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and responding to feedback

Desirable
  • Experience working with established brand guidelines
  • Exposure to corporate, B2B, or technology-focused marketing
  • Familiarity with digital marketing assets (ads, social graphics, banners)
  • Interest in developing design skills within a structured brand environment
