We’re hiring a Content & Engagement Professional to join our team! As a member of the Smart Infrastructure organization, you will be an individual contributor responsible for creating engaging, clear, and compelling content that strengthens communication across all levels of employees at the site, showcases the positive engagement and experiences happening across the plant, and highlights customer visits and key moments within the Electrical Products business. This role focuses on making communication approachable, engaging, and impactful through active involvement, storytelling, and creative content across digital and print platforms. This position reports directly to the Training & Engagement Manager.
You will make an impact by:
- Collaborating with leadership, HR, Training, and Engagement teams to support communication and employee engagement objectives for the Electrical Products business by creating and fostering positive, transparent, and engaging communications that strengthen connection, trust, and alignment across the plant
- Implementing and managing a variety of communication channels to drive awareness and engagement across the organization, including digital communications, social media, events, promotions, signage, brochures, websites, and audio-visual productions
- Developing clear, compelling written and visual content to ensure consistent messaging across internal and select external communications, including intranet content, presentations, and employee engagement materials
- Researching, capturing, and communicating success stories, milestones, projects, innovations, customer visits, and employee achievements to increase visibility and connection
- Supporting engagement initiatives and events through promotion, content creation, and post-event storytelling
- Ensuring consistent application of Siemens corporate brand guidelines across all communications and materials
- Measuring communication effectiveness and engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement
You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-5 yrs experience planning, executing, and measuring communications and engagement activities for internal and external audiences
- 2 –5 yrs experience with strategic planning, digital communications, content development, and graphic design or copywriting/editing
- Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong understanding of communication channels and how to apply them effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong customer-service mindset and collaborative approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with creative tools such as Canva, Camtasia, or Articulate 360 is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $60,333 - $103,428 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
