We make real what matters. This is your role

•        Collection of oil Samples from Transformer/Reactor at various intervals of Tests as intimated by Testfield representatives, Process Cell representatives in Glass syringe, Aluminium bottle and/or stainless-steel bottles.

•        Carrying out various tests on Oil Samples received from in-house & external oil samples like BDV, DGA, IFT, Resistivity, Tan delta, Pour point, etc. as per applicable Test Standard.

•        Maintain the recorded Test results in observation sheet register and generate Test Report.

•        Issue oil test reports to concerned person by email/hardcopy

•        Segregate & Keep hazardous & non hazardous scrap in the respective bin

•        Check of safety systems on monthly basis

•        Preparation of challan for Inward /outward movement of material for calibration/Repair/Maintenance.

•        Ensure housekeeping & 5S

•        Handling customer inspections independently

•        Knowhow of NABL requirements according to ISO/IEC 17025: 2017

•        Co-ordination and Calibration of Test Instruments / Equipments

•        Maintenance of testing equipment’s

•        Awareness on requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

•        Proficiency in Soft Skills like Word, Excel, PPT, etc. - Preferred

Knowledge acquired in 1-5 years in testing of Oil for Transformers with Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or MSc in Chemistry.

Technical Skills:

·         Knowledge of Oil Testing (Mineral and Ester based)

·         Knowledge of MS office (Advance knowledge of MS EXCEL)

·         Knowledge of safety practices during Oil testing

Key Skills:

·         Critical thinking & quick analysis based on the problem situation

·         English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders

·         Proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers

·         Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win
