We are looking for: IT solution Expert - Solman  process expert

You’ll break new ground by:

• Leading enterprise-wide test management strategy for complex SAP transformations—including S/4HANA migrations, global rollouts, upgrades, and multi‑wave programs—by setting the vision for testing excellence across the organization.
• Establishing a unified quality governance framework, ensuring full traceability from requirements to processes, tests, defects, and releases, while enforcing robust quality gates and audit readiness.
• Driving a shift‑left, automation‑first culture, expanding regression automation within high‑value process streams and enabling early integration, API, and EDI test validation.
• Elevating SAP ALM adoption by architecting and optimizing test operations in both SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM, including TBOM/BPCA‑based impact analysis, Focused Build workflows, and migration pathways to CALM.
• Orchestrating defect governance and RCA, aligning functional, technical, and non‑functional testing (performance, security, accessibility) across distributed teams.
• Integrating business process management with testing by mapping Signavio process models to Solution Documentation and CALM structures to create a seamless, continuously updated process‑to‑test ecosystem.
• Providing real-time leadership insight through executive dashboards, KPIs, risk‑based heatmaps, and analytics that guide decisions across release trains and agile sprints.
• Shaping organizational testing standards by authoring playbooks, best‑practice frameworks, reusable test assets, and enabling teams to operate with consistent excellence.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Deep mastery of SAP Solution Manager, including Solution Documentation & BPH, TBOMs, BPCA, Test Suite, Defect Management, Focused Build, Focused Insights, and ChaRM‑integrated test gates.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud ALM for Test, including setup, operations, analytics, and enabling customer journeys transitioning from SolMan to CALM.
• Expertise in Signavio process modeling, ensuring process‑to‑test alignment, synchronization cycles, and automated impact assessment across business process changes.
• Strong grounding in test methodologies, such as risk‑based testing, regression strategy, UAT orchestration, and non‑functional testing (performance, security, accessibility).
• Familiarity with tool integrations such as SAP Enable Now, Solution Manager APIs, and Signavio–ALM linking for unified process/test orchestration.
• Fluency in English (German exposure a plus), enabling effective communication across global business and IT stakeholders.
• Bonus appreciation for SAP Activate, SAFe/Agile ways of working, CALM analytics, and platforms like Panaya for extended test management capabilities.
