We are looking for a Solution Product Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for PCIe solutions on hardware-assisted verification platforms, addressing customers’ technical needs and concerns.
• Deliver prompt and clear responses to customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot emulated designs to identify root causes, collaborating with R&D to implement solutions.
• Deliver in-depth training sessions for field engineers and customers on product features and functionality.
• Design use cases and develop test scenarios tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with customers to gather product requirements and produce clear, detailed documentation and specifications.
• Work with early adopters to ensure successful implementation of new features and developments.
• Partner with experienced team members to advance technology, uphold best practices, and drive ongoing product enhancements.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming within a Linux development environment.
• Good knowledge of the PCIe protocol.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and x86 architecture.
• Familiarity with emulation technology is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Hardware Description Languages (HDLs), such as Verilog or VHDL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Application Engineer) at an emulation or prototype systems provider is a plus.
