Position Overview:

As a Senior HR Solution Expert, you will be responsible for translation of business requirements and streamlining Global Business Services HR Processes to achieve efficiency, proficiency and cost saving measures. You will also be responsible for proposing solutions and quick fixes to tackle business cases and implement these short-term solutions.

Ultimately, you will work with local and global teams of HR and IT Specialists and Managers across various departments to ensure an organization is performing as efficiently as possible.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Collaborates with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term solution; develops a plan to implement, modify or replace HR applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives.
  • Prepares, reports and presents findings and recommendations to the Head of the departments and other company leaders.
  • Promotes the adoption of digital tools and technologies like Workday, ServiceNow, and other DPS products/ solutions within the organization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HR Systems.
  • Continuously evaluates and enhances digital HR processes and drives the integration / adoption of AI products & solutions in ASP region
  • Collaborates with other IT teams and HR staff to develop and deploy regional digital solutions such as HR information systems, employee self-service portals, mobile applications, and other digital tools.
  • Manages a growing team of people in terms of their growth and development in close collaboration with the global line managers
  • Provides user training and hands-on support to local HR functions
  • Ensures regional system compliance with data security and privacy requirements

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • At least 10 years of experience with HR business systems and HR process management highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR solutions across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including Hire-to-Retire, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and related HR domains.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
  • Experience with HR systems and platforms (ServiceNow, Workday, or similar ERP systems) and integrations - is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems
